Saavuttuani Penn Road Studiolle tutustuimme Jacquelinen kanssa ja hän esitteli minulle toimistotiloja. Tarkistimme sopimukset, työharjoittelun tavoitteet, millaisia työhtäviä tulen suorittamaan yrityksessä sekä ensimmäisen viikon tarkemmat työtehtävät.
Tutustumisen ja tekstin pyörittämisen jälkeen suuntasimme ulos. Jacqueline näytti minulle paikkoja sekä tutustutti minut Jak & Lizan ja Broadway Tyresin omistajille, joihin voin ottaa yhteyttä jos jotain tapahtuu. Kävelytimme samalla hänen koiraansa.
Jälkeenpäin Jacqueline näytti minulle isokokoisen kartan Beaconsfieldsistä jonka hän oli valmistanut jotta voisimme pitää kirjaa siitä, mihin tarvii jakaa esitteittä, joita tulen jakamaan. Tämän tehtävän avuksi etsimme puhelinsovelluksen, joka piirtäisi karttaan missä olen kävellyt. Päädyimme lopuksi RunKeeper -sovellukseen.
Tämän jälkeen autoin häntä järjestämään kuitteja kirjanpitoa varten. Päivän lopuksi päätimme mistä ja milloin voin aloittaa esitteiden jakamisen.

Introductions with Jacqueline after which she showed me around the office. We looked over the training agreement and outlinings of the goals of the job learning period as well as the kinds of tasks I will be performing at Penn Road Studio overall and more specific objectives for the first week.
After that we headed outside, Jacqueline gave me a brief tour of the town (and we walked the her dog Monte), pointing out shops and services alongside introducing me to Jak & Liza and Broadway Tyres who I can contact in case of emergencies or other happenstances.
Afterwards we looked over a big map of Beaconsfield that Jacqueline had made for the purpose of tracking where leaflets have been distributed, which I will be performing. To help with this we looked for a phone application that would draw out the path I take during each round, we eventually settled on RunKeeper.
Once we had considered how to track the distribution of leaflets I helped her file paperwork. After that was done we decided on where to start with the leaflets and which leaflets to distribute.
